Consulation Prior to First Treatment
For all new clients we conduct a short, free consultation prior to your treatment to inform us of your health background. This is for your safety and will ensure you have the appropriate treatment. All information given will be treated in the strictest of confidence. You should allow an extra 15 minutes at the time of the first treatment to carry out the consultation.

Acupuncture - Cherry Tree Therapy practices Western Medical Acupuncture (WMA), a complementary therapy, particularly useful in helping to resolve physical problems related to stress, tension and emotional conditions. Using high quality, single-use, stainless steel needles, the treatment is very relaxing.
Facial Revitalisation Acupuncture (FRA) - uses a combination of acupuncture and massage to invigorate the body’s energy (Qi), boost circulation and drain toxins, promoting a natural healthy look and feeling. For those not wishing to have acupuncture the treatment can be adapted.
Reflexology - (includes foot massage) a popular holistic treatment based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet which correspond with organs, structures and glands throughout the body. With special techniques, these are stimulated to correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy. This relaxing therapy may help to relieve aches and pains, stress and tension. The hands can be used as an alternative to the feet.
Massage - helps us to relax and can ease aches and pains by triggering the body to produce it’s own natural painkillers. Massage can improve blood and lymph circulation, increase energy and vitality, and promote recovery from injury, as well as giving us a general sense of well-being.
Reiki - (pronounced ray-key), translated from the Japanese as “universal life energy”, reiki is a natural method of healing and a complementary treatment suitable for all. The treatment promotes the body’s natural healing ability to help relieve stress and tension, aches and pains, balance the emotions, support positive life changes and improve relationships.
Indian Head Massage (IHM) - is a therapy that works specifically on the area surrounding the head and has been used in Asia for over 5000 years. Potential benefits of the treatment include; reduced stress, improved hair condition, increased energy levels, improved circulation, removal of toxins and stimulation of the circulatory and lymphatic systems.
